About

ABOUT GABBY ROSELY

I bring a unique blend of real-life experience, professional expertise, and unmatched enthusiasm and passion for empowering others. From founding and scaling my first business at 18 to launching & managing a new location for a high-growth franchise, my entrepreneurial journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of leadership, resilience, and connection.

My role with Goldfish Swim School, now a 179-location national franchise, taught me how to lead teams, grow brands, and develop strong client relationships. Whether coaching one-on-one, facilitating team workshops, or engaging from the stage, I help audiences uncover their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and build fulfilling lives.

Beyond my professional endeavors, my heart has always been with people. I’ve worked with individuals across diverse cultures and walks of life, traveled around the world, & volunteered in conscious communities. These experiences have taught me so much and deepened my soul's mission: to empower others through self-discovery, authentic connection, and the courage to embrace their unique path.

Communication, Culture, & Leadership Coaching: I work with law firms, sports teams, festival organizations, and businesses of all sizes to inspire conscious communication, positive culture, authentic leadership, & deliver breakthrough experiences. As a speaker, coach, and facilitator, I have hosted events, led transformative workshops, and delivered keynote speeches that empower individuals and teams to thrive in both personal and professional settings.

Inspirational Speaking & Workshops: I’ve spoken at events and hosted group workshops for legal professionals, partnered with business owners to build team cohesion, and hosted retreats and workshops to connect individuals deeply to themselves and others. I combine practical strategies with emotional intelligence to create actionable, life-changing results. I’ve interviewed world-renowned experts on my podcast, including NASA & Nike Breathwork Coach Kurtis Lee Thomas and Emmy-winning author Nina Sossamon Pogue.

Serving and Guiding people to improve their relationships with themselves and with others is my soul's purpose - this I know without a doubt. I am eternally grateful for the continued opportunity to live my heart.

"Gabby's Coaching has given me insight into my own life and a new set of eyes that I never would have had if we hadn't started our sessions. It's definitely made me think about the way I choose to do certain things and stay motivated to do what betters myself. I loved that she listened to me and wasn't critical, but told me and made me aware of things I could do to help myself".
